Many disagree that it is in the Month of December Jesus was born, if you will listen to them it seems like there is a basis, they base their reason on history regarding nature and climate status, they say that it is impossible that Jesus would be born on December because winter is not in the month of December, this is there stand, but this is just their own speculation and perception.
But what the Bible stands regarding what month really is the Birth of Jesus :

Grace is free ! That is the meaning of Grace – Freely Given
“ God gave his only begotten Son ” means you have to receive Jesus His only begotten Son, receive Him as your Lord and Savior, then that will be the time to become sons of God :

ARE ALL CHILDREN OF GOD ? NO !

As of now there are people whose father is the devil and not God

You will only become son of God if you will received the Gift of God, This is what the message of Christmas is :

But as adopted not begotten :
Ephesians 1:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.
We will become adopted children of God by accepting and receiving Jesus through faith
WHY ADOPTED ?
Christ Jesus is the only Son of God, it is just like this :
If the husband and wife has only one child and by reason cannot anymore bring forth or begot another child, many decides to adopt so that their child will not be alone and with someone to be with.
So as an adopted children of God, we will be Jesus brothers and sisters to be with him together as also heirs of His Kingdom :

12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. ( Here Jesus calls as brothers or brethren )
Romans 8: 17 King James Version (KJV)
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
John 14: 2-3King James Version (KJV)
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Very clear that those who already received Jesus became His brethren and joint-heirs with Christ, heirs of God, and will live together with Christ in Heaven.
So now being children of God by receiving Jesus through faith there’s no more punishment of your soul to hell but to have an Everlasting Life in Heaven :

16 For God so loved the world ( mankind ), that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in ( received Him ) him should not perish ( in hell ), but have everlasting life ( in Heaven ).
PRAISE THE LORD ! THAT IT IS CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN GOD THE FATHER GAVE US A SAVIOR THROUGH HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS.
AND NOW THANK GOD THAT THE TRUE MESSAGE OF CHRISTMAS NOW MANIFEST IN US TO THOSE WHO ALREADY RECEIVED JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR
